I experience nausea nearly every day, especially in the a.m. I have for as long as I can remember...but I'm definitely not pregnant. There's no rhyme or reason to it, I am just randomly very, very nauseous. Does anyone else experience this? Any thoughts on what it could be, or ways to handle it?

I am almost 30, and having a lot of trouble with my leg joints. I can basically do no cardio, except swimming, which isn't always available. Somebody told me that lifting weights can actually help you lose fat as fast as cardio will. Is this true?

im taking yaz and i remember to take my birth control pill every day, but the last 2 days i forgot to take it for a couple hours. 2 days ago i was an hour late and today i forgot to take it till 3 hours later. what should i do, or better yet is it a problem at all?

I'm a 19 year old male, I'm about 6'1 and weigh around 230. I've been experiencing the following symptoms for over a year now; nausea, fatigue, Insomnia, tremors, occasional hot flashes, and Irregular bowl movements. I don't have much money to go to a doctor. My skin gets dry and red usually after I moisturize it which kinda defeats the purpose, but I can't use anything too moisturizing because I have really bad acne. Is there an anti-acne moisturizer out there that's good for sensitive skin?

Ok so...I am dieting and if i am counting my calories for the day and i prefer to eat a corndog with a total of 200 calories(including katchup) Why would i choose a protein bar with 240 calories for the bar. Is the protein bar(eas)still the better choice? And why? I know it has something to do with sugar and carbs, but im not counting sugar/carbs...should i?

I'm a large guy and because of my weight, my lower back has a hard time holding me up. I can't stand for more than 10 minutes before I have to sit down because of crippling pain. People say, "just loose weight and you're back will be fine!" Well, I can't exercise if my back won't let me. I need to know what I can do to strengthen my lower back so that it can hold me up a bit better. When that happens, I can do more exercising. Are there any kinds of medications that will help? anal fissure still having the pain in rectum area i cant stop crying i hurt so bad.its not hemmroids.but i have a doctors appointment monday the gastronologist i had one but had to try another. he did not help me at all the first time he did when i had hemmroids he removed them. now i went back looks in rectum says i dont see anything. well do you see fissures if it is that. but my symptoms sounds alot like that. i cried a couple of times i guess im not strong and bare pain.please if anyone knows how they examine you when you have this problem please let me know.and what if this gastronologist says he cant see anything what can i do to stop this burning inflamiable pain. thanks

I had a tooth pulled yesterday, the first one I've had pulled that had an active infection in it. Took over an hour in the end, as had to keep getting more injections, but still hurt. In the end decided that as he had loosened it, would just go ahead and go for the quick hard pull. It's been very painful since the injectin wore off, and I can't feel much of a hole there, but there is a big lump next to it, (It was the last molar on one side of my jaw) He said that I wouldn't need antibiotics as the infection mainly came out with the tooth, and the rest would just drain from the cavity. He is now away until next week, so if I need help I'm going to have to see someone I don't know. After yeserday, I don't really want to go to a dentist ever again, (border line dental phobic).
How long should I just keep knocking back the pain killers, how soon should it feel better. With previous extractions I've always felt good the next day.

I usually have this weird feeling in my stomach the day before I start my period and this sorta brownish reddish discharge the day before as well. I had the feeling and the discharge but the period still isnt here. Should I be concerned?

Within the past week, I've been getting strange bug bites. I looked up pictures of bug bites online today and some of the bed bug ones are exactly like what I have.
So now what do I do? Wash everything? Call an exterminator? I read on one website that I shouldn't try to sleep somewhere else because they may follow me (I live alone) because I'm their source of food (EW!).
I went out of town last weekend (about 10 days ago) and took my pillow to the hotel. Could I have brought them back with me in my pillow and gotten bit this fast?

Help, I don't know what to do, I don't have a lot of money for an exterminator or new mattress (and I've heard the new mattress may not even help). And I can't sleep cause I feel like bugs are crawling all over me! Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

I have become fat I had two babies in 3 years and the weight stayed I am now forcing myself to become more active but now I have the military ball coming in like 10 days i tried my dress on too tight how can i lose 4 or 5 inches that fast will lots of water lep to lose water weight will that add up to inches Im looking for a quick fix for now and long term goals after the ball ( I have stopped eating all fast food which we ate alot like everyday )

I kind of freaked out because afterwards there was like white creamy stuff that looked like it had came out my vagina. My boyfriend who knows how scared I get checked the condom for me (which didn't slip or break) he wiped it off then squeezed it to see if anything came out and nothing did. I should start my period soon, am I just freaking out or Do I have a reason to be worried. What was the creamy stuff? Does anyone know? I've seen it before when I've..well you know by myself but I'm wondering is that normal?
