I have become fat I had two babies in 3 years and the weight stayed I am now forcing myself to become more active but now I have the military ball coming in like 10 days i tried my dress on too tight how can i lose 4 or 5 inches that fast will lots of water lep to lose water weight will that add up to inches Im looking for a quick fix for now and long term goals after the ball ( I have stopped eating all fast food which we ate alot like everyday )

probably the quickest way is to cut out carbs like breads, pasta, white rice, potatoes..eat more fibrous carbs like asparagus, broccoli, sweet potatoes...drink a ton of water..and protein..chicken, turkey, egg whites, tuna..exercise..then after the ball continue on with a sensible eating plan..

I assume there is no option for getting a new dress that fits you now, and that can be tailored later if weight loss occurs. Because for the most part, there is no healthy way to lose that much size in that few of days. If you had 6 months? Sure. 10 days? No. The long term side effects of dramatic weight loss in short amounts of time will be a lot worse then not be able to fit into your dress.

If you must, there is hyrdrocolon therapy, "colonics" which remove impurities from the digestive system, but will probably not help you lose the overall weight.

It's good that you are getting active, and have stopped eating fast food, but to achieve the weight loss you are asking for, it is going to take much longer then 10 days.

Drinking a lot of water will help. You'll have to go the bathroom a lot but it will help you lose all of your water weight, and de-bloat, which could translate into fewer inches. Also try a diuretic to help. Besides that, eating healthy until the ball is all you can really do. It is not going to fix your problem completely, but you could lose up to 5 pounds, or just help to get a little more wiggle room in that dress. I wouldn't try any weird fad drinks or pills though...they are not very healthy and some can have weird side effects.

If you want to look good in your space suit, about walking long distance?. If you walk 4 miles one way and then back, you will start loosing inches. Then increase your mileage or even steppings and in no time you will go into warp and lose more weight. Walking don't cost a thing beside good walking shoes. It's safe, pleasant and you can do it with a family member or a friend as a mentor. That's what Dr Crusher recommand! Make it so!

Try one of the many detox they have out now.... Some people may say that Detoxing your body is not good for you but the fact is they don't know all the facts to detoxing. It rids your body of toxins, parasites, excess weight, etc. You will lose weight fast and safely. I know because I have done this and I know a few other people that did it as well with only possitive results.

Workout! Exercise is always the key! And to eat in moderation. That means SMALL portions!!! If you eat very small portions MORE throughout the day, instead of 3 big meals, this will help!
And I would exercise at least one hour a day...doing something that is cardiovascular...and some weight training mixed in ( if you have the weights)

There is nothing you can do that fast. Keep your long term goals in mind and either or all of the following:

A. Buy a bigger dress
B. Buy a body shaper
C. Get a (expensive) body wrap at a high-end salon

10 glasses of water a day will help, also lot's for fibers (like whole bread, "fiber 1" cereal). but pealed apple so you can replace any snacks. no red meat. eat fish (other than salmon. it is fatter).

nope there is no way to lose that much weight, best bet is to buy a low cut dress that shows your boobs, then people will notice them and not your waist
