No-one needs any money to loose weight. Eat less, exercise more. Do stuff like running, dancing, walking, push ups.

Just simply changing your eating habits can make a big difference. Be sure to eat breakfast every morning as this gets your metabolism working, then stick to several small meals each day rather than a few big ones. Also, avoid eating late in the evening, unless it is something like a piece of fruit.
And like everyone else mentioned, running and jumping rope are inexpensive and effective. If you have access to a pool I would recommend swimming above all because running can be tough on your joints. Good luck!

I know that it takes a lot of commitment but I have been running and taking replacement shakes and bars. this is the best way that I have lost weight. I also eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. You can start out by walking twice a day and then begin to jog. Hope this is worth some help

Running, although that requires a good pair of shoes. Jumprope is a great way to get trim. Work up to 100 reps, rest for a couple of minutes with squats, lunges, crunches or pushups, then do 100 more reps of the jumprope...do this for 30-60 minutes.

I don't spend money on weight loss stuff. I walk every morning or ride my bike (which was a present) for exercise. I have to buy food anyway, so I buy healthy things to eat. I drink water, which is not expensive.

You could do the boring exercises mentioned in some of the other answers, or you could check out www.TheSmartWeightLossPlan.com. Their program will teach you to eat healthy without buying expensive crap, and fun exercises that keep you entertained.

jogging doesn't cost much or skipping a rope.
