Use a sensitive skin formula face wash, then a sensitive skin toner, if desired.
AM - try Aveeno Positively Radiant Sunscreen # 15 - for sensitive skin, and non - comedogenic [ doesn't clog pores, or cause zits ].
PM - use Aveeno Ultra Calm cream - for sensitive skin, and non - comedogenic. Apply sparingly to heavy acne areas, more to dryer areas.
Use an acne cream or gel for any spots.
ONLY use non comedogenic makeup [ labeled on package ], and clean face completely every night.
Use St. Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin - removes all top layers of dead skin, sebum, and oil, uncovering new healthy skin. Try two times a week - work up to three times for smoother, clearer skin.
Eat well - avoid all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food.
Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day.
Take a good multivitamin with minerals every day.

I'm constantly combating dryness AND oiliness with acne and the only things that work for me is Burt's Bee's products (specifically the tomato, lettuce, and carrot products). I use the soap and the pore refiner and only get acne once in a blue moon. I've tried their carrot night moisturizer and it didn't cause me to break out either. Everything else I've ever used (Dove, Neutrogena, Noxzema, and countless others) only made my skin break out.
The tomato and lettuce products aren't as popular as some others, so you might have to special order them from a health food store, but they're extremely worth it. Carrot lotion I've seen in a few regular stores, that will probably be easy to get. You can even get a little sampler packet from most stores so you can try out a few different products of theirs for 10 bucks or so without having to buy each individually.

You could try just a tiny bit of jojoba oil. You can find it at a natural food store.
And I agree with boogaloo. Aloe is wonderful. Just be sure to use pure aloe. That green stuff with a painkiller in it can be very drying. That's only for sunburns. I use an aloe/jojoba mix as a leave-in on my hair, and I'll spray it on my face, too. About a tsp of jojoba, 2-3 tbsp of aloe, and enough water to finish filling a 4 oz spray bottle. I use filtered water because the hard water will clog the sprayer. I also put a few drops of an essential oil (violet lately) to give it a nice smell. Without it, it really smells like nothing. I'll also water *that* mix down about 50/50 with more filtered water in a little purse-sized spray bottle to mist from time to time during the day.

I use Clean & Clear Morning Glow moisturizer. It's oil-free, it doesn't clog pores, it's hypoallergenic, and it has an SPF of 15. It isn't outrageously expensive (costs somewhere between $5 & $7), and the smell is nice & light-- not overpowering. I love it. Just a dime-sized amount is enough each time I put it on.
However, it does have teeny, tiny, hardly visible sparkly things in it, which is why it's called Morning Glow.. They barely show on my light skin, but they might show more on different skin tones. If you like the glowy look, this is good,. If not, you'll have to cover it up with a little pressed powder.

any moisurizer will feel somewhat greasy after several hours, however i have dry, sensitive, acne-prone, naturally oily skin (horrible combination) and the best moisturizer i have found (after trying about 10) is neutrogena's oil free moisture for sensitive skin. it goes on really like and lasts all day for me. it comes in either a small orange tube shaped bottle or a larger white bottle.
