Short story: Feb 2006 I went from a 38J to a 38C which is about five pounds taken off total. I stayed overnight in the hospital. I went back to work two weeks later (you should stay out longer if you are in a physically active job). I'm about 1 3/4 years post op and would do it again if I had to. I have NO regrets and my back pain is GONE!
