I experience nausea nearly every day, especially in the a.m. I have for as long as I can remember...but I'm definitely not pregnant. There's no rhyme or reason to it, I am just randomly very, very nauseous. Does anyone else experience this? Any thoughts on what it could be, or ways to handle it?

Could be lots of different things...anxiety, what you are eating, acid reflux...

This book is a must read for any woman trying to get pregnant. I was devastated and so was my husband after being told by my fertility specialist at age 38 that I had no option but to consider adoption or donor eggs (according to my doctor I was out of eggs and gave me 4% chance of getting pregnant and a 2% chance of carrying a baby to full term). After much research and dozens of hours reading infertility related articles and posts online, I have found this book! I never believed in anything alternative to western medicine and thought all the other stuff like Chinese medicine was a hoax. But I was soon glad to be wrong as I followed step by step guidelines. After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy. Nine months after that I did everything in the book again and after 2 months of trying I got pregnant again and gave birth to another perfect little boy. I would recommend anyone with an open mind to read this book. It just might be the answer to your prayers.

Have you had your inner ear checked?
Have you had an allergy test?
There's a new test for allergies, especially food allergies, that is done with a blood sample instead of skin test. It costs about $100, but if your doctor recommends it your insurance should cover it.
Have your inner ear checked out. Sometimes an inner ear infection goes unnoticed due to a lack of pain, but continual inner ear infections will affect the fluids in your ear that helps you stay balanced, you may feel fine but a symptom of being unbalanced ( or seasickness, if you will) is nausea.
Have your nose checked for blockage to the inner ear.
Have your heart checked for blockage. Lately doctors have discovered that heart problems due to blocked smaller arteries don't show the same symptoms of classic heart failure, often times the symptoms are minute and ignored until the heart stops.
Have your doctor check all those things. It may be one or two or all causing your problem. (Hopefully it's just something small!!!)
Good luck and God bless.
