I'm a 19 year old male, I'm about 6'1 and weigh around 230. I've been experiencing the following symptoms for over a year now; nausea, fatigue, Insomnia, tremors, occasional hot flashes, and Irregular bowl movements. I don't have much money to go to a doctor. I would really apreciate it if some one has any idea whats goin on with me?

It sounds like it might be a thyroid problem, but I am not a nurse. Get a thyroid panel (blood test) done, and it will get you a yes/ no answer.

You really need to spend the money to go see a doctor. There is like everyone said ( no way to know what going on) it could be a number of things. So go to the doctor and get some test run, it will be worth it in the long run.

Without examining you and running tests there is no way ANYONE (even a doc) can have a clue what might be going on. See a doc for an exam and find out what is wrong.

you can have tests run for fairly cheap like an urgent care clinic for lower income. get checked. your symptoms could mean a number of things.
