If you exercize to improve your circulation, how long after the exercize is your circulation improved? Hours? minutes?

Your circulation drops to normal within a short time (5-15 minutes) if your are fit but your metabolic rate stays elevated for hours which is a primary weight loss benefit . Another plus is that while exercising, one is not eating :-)

Exercise gets your heart going so immediately more blood (and thus more oxygen) will be carried through your body...or rather what's in your body will move around more quickly.

As you continue to exercise regularly, it'll improve your overall health and include helping to strengthen your bones and muscles, improve lung capacity, strengthen your heart, and a host of other positive things. ☺

circulation improvement might take days or months depending on if you have fatty build up in your arteries

Just exercise. You will be happier and healthier. Everything about you will be heallthier-even your gums.

Walk -instead of driving next time. And lay off of those Starbuck Frappacinos!!

extends your lifespan...
