anal fissure still having the pain in rectum area i cant stop crying i hurt so bad.its not hemmroids.but i have a doctors appointment monday the gastronologist i had one but had to try another. he did not help me at all the first time he did when i had hemmroids he removed them. now i went back looks in rectum says i dont see anything. well do you see fissures if it is that. but my symptoms sounds alot like that. i cried a couple of times i guess im not strong and bare pain.please if anyone knows how they examine you when you have this problem please let me know.and what if this gastronologist says he cant see anything what can i do to stop this burning inflamiable pain. thanks

Anal Fissure is a crack in the skin. It is usually caused by passing hard stools. Pain should only occur during and after defecation. 90% will mend by themselves.
I think what you have is constipation, therefore change your eating habits, try to get some 'stool softner' to take and see if this cures the problem.

May want to consider some suppositories.
