I'm sure it can a little but not significantly, right?

Yeah, sure it does. When it's dark and cold, I'd rather be at home rather than here at work where I am now. It's got something to do with the amount of sunlight we get during the warm months, we're outside. In winter we tend to stay indoors more.

Another person here says get one of those special sun lights. I've heard good things about them.

Yes. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.

Yes it can. It is a know fact that many people suffer from depression when you lose the daylight. It sounds strange but it affects a lot of people.

No it can affect you a lot. Some people have to have special lights put in their home to keep their moods elevated - go see your doctor

it depends i have bipolar disorder and when it starts getting dark and cold outside thats how i start to feel it sucks i could sleep all day
