My baby is 11 months and I have only had one period. That was when my baby was 9 months old. I breast feed till my baby was 6 months. My friend told me that she had a very hard time ovulating after the birth of her child and is having a very hard time getting pregnant. I am worried that I might have the same thing. Yes, I should go to the Dr. but I want to do reserch before I go in. Any help would be wonderful!

I'm not particularly concerned with the overall environmental impact of Compact Fluorescents. I'm concerned with what happens in my house when my kid knocks over a lamp with his football. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand he shouldn't be throwing a football in the house; it's just an example. I also have cats and dogs. The point is, if someone breaks one of these in the home, it puts a nice invisible toxic cloud in the air. What's the best way to clean this up without hurting anyone, and how much exposure is dangerous? Advice welcome and appreciated.

I HAD a boyfriend who was classified as being Bi-Polar. Although he was taking medicine etc. He would still have these episodes at least once a month. He has severe insecurities and in these episodes he always goes back to past events. For example he went clear back to halloween of last year and accused me of a bunch of stuff such as cheating and getting all done up for other guys etc. He has finally let that one go but he seems to hold on to past events and its like his mind jumps back to that time and he obsesses over it until he comes out of being in this episode which could take a week to two weeks or longer. While he is obsessing he is badgering me and accusing me and telling me im a liar and that I don't know what love is and all I do is hurt him I hurt him everyday to please please stop hurting his feelings. He has a past with anger and rage and he is a very cocky/smartass individual. I get nasty hateful voicemails and text messages. Anything he can to degrade me.

My dentist told me that I wasn't supposed to have soda while I had braces...but almost all my friends who had braces say that there's didn't say that, that it was ok...I want some Dr. Pepper!!! I don't have any unusual mouth problems, just your average teenage "I need braces, high school is going to be hell now that I have them." So other than him just being weird, there isn't a medical reason. Someone know why?

My boyfriends daughter is having pain in the lower part of her stomach close to her genitial area and i think that she may need to go see an ob/gyn. Her dad also thinks that she may need to go, but her mom thinks that she is too young. She is 15 years old. Should her dad take her to one even though her mom thinks she is to young. Her parents are divorced and her dad really doesn't do anything without his ex-wifes approval. the thibg is the mom won't even take her to a regular doctor to see if anything is wrong, she just tells her that she is under alot of stress and that is why she is hurting. Any information you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been through anxiety, I found my way out without meds through CBT, it seems to me people are just happy to take meds without doing any work, the meds make them feel better they think they are cured, they then come of the meds and they are back to square 1. They are happy just getting there prescription refilled, happy just masking over anxiety without finding the cause to it.

I was under the impression Meds where there to buy you time while you got yourself sorted with CBT and then come off, doctors are also to blame, the refill scripts without questioning it.

Are people going about this the right way or am I wrong?

Well, if someone drank from a friend's drink and this friend had mono a year ago, could the drinker get mono as well? Take into account that the drinker did not put their mouth on the can, but poured a a quick sip. And the drinker had a good immune system. Could you get mono still? In this situation?

I am considering breast augmentation and wanted to hear from others who have had them done. I used to be a full "B" but after my 2nd kid , I shrunk to barely an "A". I feel really self conscience about it. I tried the herbal enhancers but they did nothing for me. My husband says he doesn't care how "big" I am but I still feel embarrassed. So, for the people who have had it done, was it worth it or do you regret it.??
