Hi Kelly, Please take no notice of those who are taking the micky out of you and your condition.
Obviously, as some of the decent people who have advised you see your own GP, well they are correct, but if you are in the UK, it would be more respectable to your GP if you would phone NHS direct which will take pressure from your GP and his or her surgery should your problem turn out to be easily rectified by NHS direct.
U can make appointment to see your surgery nurse or if all fails then see your GP.
Feelling sick all the time could be anything. Do you suffer from giddy spells?, motion sickness? Are you taking any medication? or long term medication. Do you suffer from any illnessers like severe migranes etc?
Do you wear glasses? if yes and you are wearing them when you are more likely to have your sicky feellings, it could turn out that the strength of the lenses could be making you feel a bit dizzy and making you feel sick as a result of the dizziness.
I am not as DR , however I was an ambulanceman in the Scottish ambulance service 30 years ago.
At present I am disabled, suffering a near fatal brain haemorrhage, kidney failure and loads more, I get tired very easily and struggle writing these letters , hence I have only given you a few ideas of what can cause your problem, there are lots more that can cause your condition.
One last thing, are you taking anyone elses prescribed medicine ? If so, you shoud stop it and see your GP asap and tell him / her whsat you have been taking and for how long.
I do hope I have been of some help to you, but the best place is the nurses and doctors, they are the people that knowe best. Dont sit on your PC asking us all because you will get lots of different answers. It could be as simple that you may need specs bif you dont already, but dont leave it as it could be early signs to something bigger, like what happened to me.
Please let me know how you get on.
LOL Take care
God bless

You should probably add symptoms. There is a million problems you could have if you just feel "sick"

Sick how? There are many things that could define "feeling sick". is it fatigue, nausea, congestion? Are you eating and sleeping properly?

Well it could be anything; go to a doctor, medical advice isn't the best online.

It is better to consult a doctor without delay. Did you have worm infections in your childhood ?

Stress can make you feel that way.
Try to exercise and practice deep breathing.
