Feel for one of your kidneys, press a hand it quite far so that it hurts, then bend over. Stay with it hurting like that for 10 seconds.

That's what they used to teach us in the Army Cadet Force. It works.

Alternatively, ring a doctor.

Have a paracetamol and fill a hot water bottle for your tummy. Go and find a good film, some chocolate and just veg out.

Gas.... or go to the Doctors, also u can call a tele-nurse and they will ask u questions about what u feeling to come to a conclusion

proberly due your period take a paracetamol and put somthing hot on your tummy that should help goodluck if it persists see a doctor at A and E .

Does it hurt through to your lower back?
If so it could be a kidney stone.
I had one. It hurt bad.
They had to knock me out.
If it's that - get knocked out immediately!

put something warm on ur stomach or drink something hot like tea or apple cider
