The same exact thing happened to me. Before having children I was a nice b cup. But after I stopped breastfeeding my 2nd child, my boobs became very empty and I couldn't even fill out an a cup. My husband said I was perfect, but I felt so self consience and upset every time I looked in the mirror. So I opted for breast augmentation, and went up to a nice c cup. For me, it was so worth it, and I don't regret it at all. I got the teardrop implant, and they look and feel very real. They also gave me back the confidence that I lost after my breasts shrunk. And even though my husband kept telling me I was perfect and didn't need them, he is VERY happy with the results. And also, my doctor told me this is very common for women who've had a few children, so we're not alone. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Let me tell you, I have very good friend that she had a breast augmentation three years ago. She was not happy as all. While she was in the hospital and she got bleeding under her breast and they have to re-done her breast repair. Right now, she is okay. She was not happy when this happen. I'm glad, I didn't goes thru it. Better off not get breast done. I would leave your breast as it. If I were you....

Look I never had a boob job but if it's going to make you feel better about yourself I say go ahead. Just stick to a natural and realistic size depending on your frame. Don't enormous boobs you see on TV look so fake. Cher had a great boob job done for instance - they look so natural.

Personally I am against boob jobs, It's just a sign of insecurity, love your body the way it is, your husband sounds like he appreciates you for who you are. In my personal opinion there is no reason to have them unless you are planning to do adult film or exotic dance.

"boob job"... depends on which way.
Reduction... certainly. back pain and other health issues due to big breasts could disappear after surgery (it did for me!).
Implants... ONLY if they had to be removed because of cancer or a horrific accident.
Check out this site for experiences with implants.

If you want them get them. Just don't get ones that are too big for your frame. My sister did and they don't look good on her.
