My son had to have stitches put in and his physican came to sit with him at the ER because he was very nervous and scared. He was not on call and just got back into town from a trip. Any suggestions of what we could do to Thank him besides the usual Thank You card? He will never know how much we appreciate this. He lit up as soon as he saw him walk into the room.

Believe me, a thank you card will be appreciated. Anything more will just embarrass him.

most dr.s get so many thank yous and gifts they just give them away. just tell him how much you appreciated it next visit.
