Um, you can't.
If the tooth is abscessed and an antibiotic is not taken, your infection can spread...
Find a dentist asap, you'll be glad you did.
Good Luck~

I had a tooth extracted awhile back for a serious infection. There is no way around it, unless you want to lose all your teeth. It's painful, and must be treated correctly. They don't just take out the tooth, there is more to it than that. Get a loan, or something. This is an important thing..

Don't try this at home!!!
First of all, never try to extract an infected tooth; this could spread the infection elsewhere. Go to the emergency room at a hospital if you don't have insurance or money (I did, they can't turn you away). They should prescribe an antibiotic for the infection and usually can refer you to an organization or clinic that can help you get it extracted for low- or- no-cost.

I really seriously advice against doing this. From a personal experience, I had an acquaintance who had an infected tooth also. He ended up pulling it himself. Of course, he didn't go to the dentist so he didn't get antibiotics to take care of the infection. My acquaintance was dead a month later from sepsis (the infection got into his blood). I don't care what you have to do, get to a dentist. He won't pull it as long as the tooth is infected but will prescribe you antibiotics which will get rid of the infection & make you feel better. You could maybe work out a payment plan with him if you can't afford to pay at once. Don't do this on your own!

DO NOT TRY TO EXTRACT IT YOURSELF!!!
If it's that bad go to your local emergency room and let them direct you where to go. If you try to do it yourself you could end up making it WAY worse. Teeth are embedded deep into your jaw by roots, and if your tooth breaks off, that will leave exposed roots that could get even more infected, and will be so painful, I can't even begin to describe the agony! Like I said, go to the emergency room, get billed for it later, they'll help you figure it out, they'll either have a dentist on staff, or they'll tell you where to go.

It's a shame our country puts people like you in this situation?
Is there any affordable Dental plans or dentists that if you explain your situation will let you pay in installments. My goodnes they all can't be that heartless.

yeah, good luck with that.
You'll cause more problems if you try, which will only cost more money to fix.
A dentist will surely allow you to make payments. If you have an infection, you need to get it treated right away.

why don't you call the local dental school.
it should be free because you have no insurance and the students are guided all the way by a real dentist. so you can rest assured you will get the best treatment and care.

You really need to see a dentist to get it out. Are there any special clinics you can go to in your area for low cost?
