I just recently had a ovarian cyst that bursted at the end of Sept! I was in the er because of the pain, (im 19 btw) When the doc finally saw me he told me what happend! what i just explained i had a cyst that bursted! and told me i was fine, they did a whole bunch of blood test, urine test and ultra sounds. He t0ld me the cyst would go away on its own and that the pain should lessen. My period came last monday and it ended on sunday which is weird because it doesnt last that long, Is that normal? And i also had some mild cramps that were exactly the same as when i had the cyst! the pain is very very mild now. almost like i have nothing. Was this normal? Or should i see a OBGYN! I feel like the pain is now gone! but its still there like a little pinch! and my period is Over

I dont have this diease but i just want to know if you take a HIV test and it turns out that you're not a HIV postivie {whatever it spelled} but would this test show that you have another diease such as gonherra or whatever?

Hi,

For about 7 months now i have had intermittent pains/feelings on the left side of my chest and my left arm, and also on the bottom of my neck. I will try to explain the sensations. Sometimes my left arm feels as though there is a lot of pressure in my veins, and I also get a tingling sensation, like pins and needles.
This is usually accompanied by a tight feeling on the left side of my chest, similar to cramp and it also feels cold, and wet. I have also, recently been getting a strange wet feeling on the back of my neck, only on a very small patch of skin, it feels as though there are a few drips of water there??
I would go to my GP, but whenever i go to see him, with any problem he just fobs me off, and doesn’t actually listen to me properly. Has anyone experienced anything similar?? Sorry if my description is vague, its just hard to explain.
I’m 24, and in good general health, i do not do any kind of weights, so I have ruled muscles sprain out.

I've had a bad cold for several days now and really wish it would go away. fever has somewhat calmed down and the doc said antibiotics probably aren't necessary, but I still have a runny nose/sore throat/ headache and nausea. I am also feeling very cold. how do I know when the cold is going to let up? it's annoying to be in bed all day!

I am wondering how it it because I am getting mine out very soon.
Also, the dentist says to not drink or eat after midnight the night before, unless it is for meds. So, can I , should I brush my teeth the morning of? Also, I know it varies with person to person, but over all, how long was it before you could eat solid foods, and what were some of the foods that got you by? Thanks.

Well I've been cold turkey with my new diet for 2 weeks now, but it wasn't easy getting here. Everyday at school people are eating domino's pizza and the best fries ever from the cafeteria and at home their is chips and other breads and junk in their. And I was looking at a papa john's pizza ad this morning and pizza is my favorite food and it looked so DELICIOUS! I know I may sound weird, but I really want to stick to my diet and I've been strong with resisting bad temptations for two whole weeks and the only thing in my mind that keeps me strong is going to the mall to buy clothes that can actually fit me and having better confidence because I am thin! I want that more than anything I could ever ask for , it's a dream! I do eat salad and soup and granola bars and fruits everyday and I can already see tiny results. How can help myself get stronger on getting to my goal and not quitting!

For the past week or so I have been having lower abdominal cramping .. it feels as if i'm going to start my period !!! I have already started my Period this month!! We have been married for going on three years. I love her dearly but there are emotional things and habits that are very draining.

She laughs and talks with her friends. In fact she has a bad habit of wanting to talk with her friends more then with me. She will get on the cell as soon as I pick her up and stay on it till we are home. She does that with all my friends and family as well.

But when she talks to me 9 times out of 10 she just talks about how horrible everything in her life is. When that isn't the case. Things actually have been going very well for us but she just doesn't want to look at the positive EVER!

She always has to be doing something. She was home the other day all day. My friend happen to be there and told me all she did was clean, clean, clean. When I got home rather then her sitting down and spending time with me she continued to clean some more.

The few times she does relax and spend time with me she falls asleep almost immediately. I don't know what to do?

My boyfriend is away at work and he just told me he was pooping blood and puking.

I am 5'5" and 316 lbs and am losing weight, finally. You see, my hub works 2 jobs and it's hard just keeping the house clean cuz I get so obsessed over everything. I was on here a few wks ago and was telling ppl how I feel so nervous to get a job cuz I feel so fragile right now with my emotions and anxiety, and most people said that right now it might not be a good idea, and that I need to make it my focus to get the weight off 1st. I agree. However, there is a new prob. Now, we are really hurting for $. My hub keeps hinting to me about how he doesn't know how he can make it on his $ alone. The deal is though, is that "he" must have some sort of prob himself cuz he has no sense of money. I tried to reason with him a yr ago to not buy the 1 ton diesel dually truck he wanted, but he "wanted" to, so now we are paying way more on gas. I tried to reason with him yrs ago that we couldn't afford a $6400 mower, but we have 1. I feel by getting a job I would be paying for his next.....

I did a really hard,big poo three days ago and it really hurt coming out.For a few hours afterwards,my bum was really sore.The next day I did another poo and I noticed there was some blood on the tissue but put it down to the fact I had been sore the other day and I had agrivated the same sore.However when I did a poo just now I noticed the blood was pouring out! The toilet was red with blood.I have had no blood from my bum at all it's only when I poo but I'm worried that there's something serious wrong.
I REALLY don't want to have to go to the Doctor's so was wondering if anyone else has had this same thing and do you think it's serious?
