Honestly, I don't even realize that I'm doing it. I'm unlike most in that I try to control it, but sometimes I just don't realize it. It kinda depends on how I'm feeling...if I feel bad or sick or whatever, I'm going to be a little more moody than the rest of the time that I feel normal. It also depends on the woman and her hormone levels, eating habits, exercise habits, etc. There's a lot of variables, but the answer in short is that we can get very, very moody. Tread lightly ;-)

I can get where I dont even want to be touched. And if I am touched I cring because I just want to be left alone. I do get moody but not overly moody. My boyfriend deals with it and sometimes we get into fights because of it. But we work it out as we move along. It is just something that comes along with being a woman and if you dont like it then the best thing that I can tell you is to go find a guy.

A woman's emotions can range from mild irritation to throwing things and beating people up (though this is EXTREME). Most women will yell, cry, and be pouty, but for the most part if your woman is anything beyond being snappish then she might have a more severe form of PMS called PMDD, and might need some help from her doctor to deal with it.

I would urge you to urge HER to get in to see a doctor and get checked out.

Typically woman have their moods during their monthly period. It must be because of the pain they are having and it makes them feel irritated.
However, I believe, it's just psychological issue.
Monthly period is not an excuse for being moody.
There are a lot of women out there who could carry themselves well and could show a great sense of humor even during their period.
Probably, it's all in the mind.

I personally have huge moodswings! I've even cut myself and had to go to the emergency room and get stitches for it! Sometimes, during my period I just really need to cut work, eat carrots, peanut butter, not go to any concerts, sleep a lot, and work with my computer. In my opinion, it helps to think of other people's problems if you have serious moodswings with your period, like now I'm having my period and I'm answering questions to keep my mind of things! Hope this helps,

it can be really extreme. you feel your anger or sadness like its an actual physical thing. i can cry for no reason at the drop of a hat, espescially when i am watching tv. People who i am close with annoy me to no ends, but i am fine with people i dont know very well. i will snap and argue and be the biggest btch ever. but to tell you something, you think its hard for men t deal with, try being the women, its inside you.

Trust me, they can get really really moody, Im a good example of one. I get so super upset and get such bad mood swings during pms that i have alomost broken up with my BF for over the most dumbest things during that time. its just the hormones acting up, each woman reacts differently each month....but it can be sort of controlled with aspirin and motrin, but they dont help much....

It depends. If there having an off day or you know... just really not in a good mood that can make them worse.
Some people don't get that bad while others do...
There is nothing can really do about but just try to comfort her.... <3

I'm not an expert on this, though. =)

Sad to say but we can get REALLY REALLY moody.

I had such an attitude that I almost lost a friendship.

Thank goodness I have an understanding fiance!
