My boyfriend is away at work and he just told me he was pooping blood and puking.
Im WORRIED.
Anyone knwo what could cause this?
He is goign to the Doctors but im courious to knnow now.
Could it be food poisioning..or something worse?

Sometimes when you get diarrhea really bad the acid will eat through the skin in the colon and cause it to bleed. At best it could be a really bad flu. That's more than likely what it is. No matter what the reason, he shouldn't be at work.
The kind of thing that could cause this that is deadly is a 1 in a million at highest and is usually only found in remote areas because of what you are exposed to there.
Basically, he will be fine. Make sure he has lots of water and other liquids so he doesn't get dehydrated and he will get better soon.

Take to the vet, did you change his/her food? That could be it. Did he/she swallow anything? My cat has the same problem and its because i changed his food quickly, i didn't know. They gave me prescription medicine for him and prescription food and i had to keep him on a diet for a week till the bleeding stopped.

well he could of ate something that had food poisioning in it
