I've had a bad cold for several days now and really wish it would go away. fever has somewhat calmed down and the doc said antibiotics probably aren't necessary, but I still have a runny nose/sore throat/ headache and nausea. I am also feeling very cold. how do I know when the cold is going to let up? it's annoying to be in bed all day!

Probably when the symptoms start to get less severe. Like, when your sore throat is less of an issue and your runny nose is starting to clear up.

Until then, FEEL BETTER!

Drink one packet a day. I haven't had a cold in 3 years.
