yes i've many sleepless nights.
even as a child i could never sleep.
i think its because i worry to much.
my mind races thinking about what i done what i dident do what i said what i dident say and so on......
hate going to bed and hate getting up in the morning.....
i think i was a hamster in my last life . lol.........Des

No I take a Zimovane every night and I sleep like a baby till dawn. Time for bed said Zebidy .lol

yes my sleepless night is always on a sunday night , i dread going back to work that why i can never sleep

All i get is 3 hours sleep at night every night, went to doctors but cant find a diagnosis

I only usually get about 4 hours on sundays as I can't stop thinking about mondays workload.
