Help!!! I am sleeping maybe 3 hours a night. My husband snores terribly!!! He is so loud!!! We tried the breathe right strips and they don't seem to help. he won't be able to do the mask thing cause he hates sleeping with anything like that. His gag reflex is very touchy so any spray and he'll puke and he really doesn't like swallowing pills. He says, however, that he will do whatever in order for me to sleep. I have tried sleeping on the couch but my back ends up hurting and he can't cause he's too tall and it would be uncomfortable. I lay awake and envision ways to cut off his nose...lol. Last night I didn't get to sleep until 4 this morning just from exhaustion and then I got up at 6:30 with the kids for school. It just kills my energy for the day. I would like to try natural remedies if I could. Any ideas anyone?

since i was small if i kept an underwear for 1 day the next day it would have yucky things on it, it doesnt smell so bad, but still it stains my underwear to a light yellowish colour. ive seen ma sisters underwear and its the same. i just want to know if its normal. is this the reason we wear underwears? please i'd like the truth...

does anyone know how bad it is if you have all your heart valves leaking?we just found out that my 9 year old daughter has all her valves leaking.the family dr would not go into it with us, and we dont see the heart dr for another week.

i just lost 10 lbs and i want to keep it off over thanksgiving. i'm trying to lose more, but i don't expect to lose over this weekend (oh yeah, i'm from canada). should i skip dessert, even though it's one of the main things in my family's meals? for me it takes so long to lose the weight and i know that i'm able to put it all back on in one long weekend. any advice?

i just started bc the nuvaring and my period lasted 3 days heavy flow and now its down to almost nothing. It started on Monday and the heavy flow ended on Wednesday with barely anything thursday and today, is this normal? I put in the new ring tomorrow. I had protected sex. I was also a little late last month but i got it and it was heavy and lasted about 6 days. Is this change due to the birth control?

okay so i always feel weird and self conscious when eating in public and sometimes in front of my family
i am a little chubby but then i have no problem eating in front of my best friend but then tomorrow i have a date and the guy wants to go out to eat and i said i don't eat in public and he was like why and it was just to complicated to explain it to him
but i mean is this normal

I always feel like someones watching me eat
and then after i eat every meal i feel
awful and just wanna die

i have bpd, but theres nothing in bpd symptoms that talk of racing thoughts.
my thoughts race constantly everyday.....thoughts, worries, anxieties scattered everywhere........like a 1000 different thoughts and anxieties all contained in one brain..
as my thoughts race....i cant organise my self....im always trying to hold a thought and remember it.....but i keep forgetting......then the thought never returns.....and is replaced by other racing thoughts............i cant concentrate on anything..........i find these symptoms very distressing

i used to have one, and i had a check up. although, the doctor was not able to do a total examination cause i'm a virgin, she's scared to you know...

I went on wednesday for a pap .. im 23 weeks pregnant and i notice that there was a weird smell and that my discharge was a weirdish green color and had an odor.. lately ive noticed that upon laying down [whether in a bed or on the couch] when I get up normally, my vision becomes fuzzy for a moment and I become light headed, sometimes to the point to where I just fall over. I got my belly done about 2 days ago. Its perfectly clean. There is no pus, no redness its brilliant. But i just sterilized it then and now it is itchy. Not extremley but just itchy.What does this mean and how could I fix it. Also the Bar when i sit up the top comes further out of the belly button. It dosnt really bother me but it can get iritating especially when its a new piercing and its still healing so its sore.

I have something to confess. I used to suck my fingers until I was 23. That was around a year ago. I finally stopped and was so happy I finally kicked my bad childhood habit. But now I notice when I wake up in the morning my front teeth hurt. I think that now my tongue is pushing out my front teeth while I am sleeping. Maybe I was used to my fingers and now I have replaced it with my tongue. I have always had an overbite but now I am scared it is getting bigger. Are there any mouth pieces or night guards that will keep my tongue from pushing on my front teeth at night??
