Not long distance, but there is a little trick that you can do for like reading. If you make an "okay" sign with your hand and then make the hole between your pointer and thumb very small like a pin hole, and look through it with one eye. The image will be larger then when you take your hand away. This works for reading. You have to get pretty close to the writing to see the difference. For those people who need reading glasses but have missed place them, it helps in a pinch.

Simple answer is no, but you do have the ability to focus in on a subject and sometimes this does give the illusion of zooming in on the subject.

i believe the answer is no.

unless you get like, some kind of high tech eye implant. but then you should also spring for a laser you can attach to the top of your head. so you can zap people that try using their eye zooming on you.
