No need to see doc , just rub it gently for 10 mins and keep some tissues handy .
The swelling should reduce , but leave a bit of a mess behind . Unfortunately during teen years these swellings can happen throughout the day (and night) with no warning , but sometimes if left alone it will subside on its own

Rub some cream on it and then put a pineapple ring round a large cherry on the top and voila a sundae !

Hi. Clearly much depends on the nature of the swelling. It could well be a hernia affecting the scrotum. I suggest you contact a doctor. Don't be embarrassed as there is nothing they haven't seen before. If your question relates to a different kind of swelling... shame on you... you shouldn't post such a question on here.

I'd imagine the inside of your trouser's are already covered in cream i suggest you contact your dry cleaners immediately.

Put some cream on it and rub vigorously. If it feels better repeat once every day.

Well Sean, this could be anything from a hernia to a stiffy? Maybe worth getting a friend to look at it first before doing anything.
