Even the amount of fat in a food doesn't affect your blood sugar--it's affected by carbohydrates (sugars and starches). If you lose weight, it will usually make it easier to control your blood sugar, but not necessarily--work with your doctor to see how it affects you.

no - blood sugar levels are based on what you have eaten within the past 24 hours and how you body has processed that food. If you are producing enough insulin your blood sugars stay in a good range, lack of insulin they go up, too much they go down.

you're actually not fat. heavily. sure, you're actually not skinny yet i'd say which you have a super physique. i understand myself that it incredibly is disheartening to be talked approximately as fat by skill of people. when I do my BMI it says that i'm appreciably obese yet bare in strategies that it does not think approximately bone length and muscle... Descent people will decide you on your character, not on the type you seem bodily. i understand you stated to not say who cares what others think of yet i used to care lots yet once you become older you recognize that people who decide you for the type you seem are incredibly pathetic and characteristic a tendency possibly call you fat because of the fact they have **** personalities and are not pleased with themselves.
