and i haven't had any problems with it for about 6 months, but last night it started throbbing. i know there's not really a whole lot that can be done for a broken toe, but what can i do to stop the throbbing? is it better to use hot or cold, i can never remember? Thanks.

cheers,
Shauna!

Have a bout with runner's knee, I think. That or tendinitis. Either way, I want to keep up with my aerobic activities and continue cycling. Will cycling aggravate the injury? I ask this because the slight rubbing sound when I bend the knee sounds like something is grinding. I don't want to ground down what is in there by repetative motion.

I just recently got this cough and it hurts my chest and the back of my throat horribly. I want to get rid of the cough as fast as possible, because it effects my work tremendously and hurts severely. I would like a natural way if possible but the fastest would be the best.

I have purchased this dumb bell set that is adjustable. It comes with four 2.5 weights and four 7.5 weights.

Can I put a 7.5 weight on one side and a 2.5 on the other and then do the same on the other dumb bell? I know this will obviously make ten pounds but does the fact that there are different weights on each side of the dumb bell make it awkward to work with?

I started feeling dizzy and nauseous on the 19th. I went to the doctor thursday thinking I had an ear infection but the doctor said I was fine. Today it became soo bad that I couldn't walk or drive. This whole time I've been very sleepy all day. I feel like I'm on a boat in choppy water. Any ideas on how to get rid of this besides rest or lieing down. I have no other symptoms that would point to an illness.

Any ideas as to what that could be? It's under my left arm, and it's smaller than pea sized. I just noticed it today.

Also, please, save your sarcasm for someone who cares. I'm not interested. I'm not looking for a medical diagnosis. I'm not looking for someone to comfort me into not seeing a doctor. If it persists, I will see a doctor. I'm just wondering what it could be.

I am a care provider and my client has several "allergies" but I have noticed that when she gets severly depressed she says that she is having an allergic reaction to whatever I may have given her to eat just minutes before. There is no rash or shortness of breath or any other symptoms of an allergic reaction, but she says that fear and depression are HER symptoms. I have never heard of fear and depression being associated with an allergic reaction.....could I be wrong?
