when i wake up my tonsils are huge??

every morning this happens. i sing in a punk band and i smoke every once in a while. what can i do. when i exhale it feel like a speedbag, they just flap around. sometime i wake up and they really hurt!!!

It could be that they are infected but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
