it comes out like diarrehea but its not like diarehea when i see it in the toliet, its fairly thick and long, and it doesnt hurt at all. and yes i've been eating whole grain things and lots of vegies and nuts. and also i took the most powerful laxative in the world due to being clogged up for a week. so could it be the laxative or my new diet?

Sounds more like the diet. Lots of grains, veggies and nuts as well as alot of water will help keep your system running well and it shouldn't hurt so that is good. You body was getting rid of the extra stuff and that is also a good thing. As your body adjusts to the new diet you will go less, but because of all that fiber you will get rid of excessive waste accumlation in your intestinal track. So, you might have larger than expected movements for awhile. The more nutrients in food means the body uses the food better and creates less waste over time. As long as you don't overeat. Keep up the good work.

As long as it's not watery or super soft, you're good to go.

It should be solidly formed, and it seems like yours is.
