I have purchased this dumb bell set that is adjustable. It comes with four 2.5 weights and four 7.5 weights.

Can I put a 7.5 weight on one side and a 2.5 on the other and then do the same on the other dumb bell? I know this will obviously make ten pounds but does the fact that there are different weights on each side of the dumb bell make it awkward to work with?

I can't put two 2.5 on each side because the set only comes with four 2.5 and to do this, I would need eight.

This is confusing. So I can only have either five pound or fifteen pound dumbbells with this set?

I am doing this to help burn fat. I'm female if that matters.

Two 2.5 weights on each side. Can't you use just one dumbbell?

it's not bad. your triggering other mucsles like that.
let's say the heavier side is on the out side. it'll weigh your arm and make you'r hand want to twist outwards. but your bicep is trying to keep it stabile and that uses more muscle fibres.
by the way, ten pounds is too light for dumbell curls, unless your really small.

not likely. how many energy do you assume to burn in 6 contraptions of somewhat mild-weight? i ought to pump those out in like 3 minutes or much less. you're able to desire to study some books on advent of exercising exercises.
