Life Is Tough, for me, it's supposed to be Special K or Bran Buds, with 2% milk, slice of toast, bowl of chopped up fruit, chilled juice, coffee or tea. Now, what I do have, and come on guys points for honesty, grilled tomato, bacon and sausage, with poached eggs, on my toasted whole wheat muffin, still have my chilled juice and my fruit. Another day, I will have a stack of buttermilk pancakes, with whipped butter, and real maple syrup, still have my fruit and chilled unsweetened juice. The milk I have is not 2%, I have full milk 3.25%. Breakfast is different around here we try not to have the same thing each morning, except for the juice and the fruit.

Think Organic.
Organic oatmeal.
Don't use that white granulated sugar. That stuff is so processed; it is bad for you, and your teeth. Use honey, or another sweetener.
Organic fruits.
Organic milk.
Toast. You can put real butter on it. Margarine is made up of bad oils.
Coffee. It has anti-oxidants. Don't use sugar, use honey or sweeter in it.
Pancakes. Put honey on them.
Organic cereals.
Don't eat sausage, that will stop up your blood arteries. It is almost 1/2 fat.
Orange juice, if it is unsweetened.
Tomato juice.
Grapefruit juice.
Eggs. Just don't eat them every day.
Hash browns. Use canola oil or olive oil when cooking on the stove top. It won't stop up your blood veins around your heart.

Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal. low fat milk, cup of fruit or lowfat yogurt.
If you need protein try 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk scrambled, no butter with some low fat cheese on top. By cutting out 1 yolk you're cutting out fat and cholesterol.

One serving of each: a cereal (hot or cold) high in fiber and low in processed sugar, fruit, and a lean protein. You can also add yogurt/milk to your breakfast, just make sure it's low in fat/fat-free.
