1. Lots of carbohydrates taken
2. Drinking too much alcohol
1 bottle of bear is to-6cups of rice
3. Seating for hours after eating meals

eating lots of sodium, or sugar.
also, eating anything late at night, like around after 8... most of it stores as belly fat

Mc Donalds, wendy's, whataburger, sonic, tacohell, pizza hut, papa john's, long john silver, white castle, chick fil a, ect... How to avoid that? Subway....

Drinking beer and wine..Also unhealthy and fatty food. And of course lack of exercise.
