wear a vest to what? hunting? a prom?
you have to wear one because friends do?

most of my friends didn't wear vest under their shirt because they do sweat too much. but i have to wear it just because iam sweating so much since i hit puberty.

It should be up to you.
You need to ware things that are comfortable.
You wrote "i've to wear it bcauz ...."
This is not true you do not have to ware it, you are an individual.
