I'm 29, 5ft 1 and a size 12 - 14 (UK), I eat healthy (eg typical day Breakfast: 1 apple, Lunch: Porridge made with semi-skimmed milk, Afternoon break: 1 orange, Tea: Grilled fish with jacket potato and raw veg OR Prawn salad (no dressing or mayo etc). I go to gym or swimming 3 to 4 times a week and either swim 60 lengths or at gym do 40mins cardio and about 15 mins weights. I do stomach crunches at home most nights also. I haven't weighed myself for YEARS but decided to weigh myself as I know I'm losing weight as my clothers are getting baggier.....steps on the scales....13 stone! Why? I know I have toned up alot and muscle weighs heavier but 13 stone?? I'm not particularly big boned, my wrists are tiny. I feel horrible now I was just gaining some confidence and thats just made me feel like a whale again :-(
