Subtalar Joint Arthrodesis - means they plan to fuse a couple of the bones in your anlke together to make it less painful to walk

And

Probable Partial removal of Hardware - means they plan to take out at least some of the screws and metal pieces they put in during the first surgery

And

Posterolateral Debridement Left Ankle - means they plan remove dead, damaged, or infected tissue to improve the chances for healing on the side and back of the ankle

Subtalar joint means the foot joint.
Arthrodesis means Surgical fusion of a joint with the goal of pain relief
Partial removal of hardware means that they might remove some extra cartaledge.
Posterolateral means Behind and to one side, specifically to the outer side
Debridement is removing dead tissue.
So to put it all together they are going to fuse your foot joint, if neccisary then they will remove extra cartaledge or tissues and they will go on the outside of your left ankle and remove dead tissue. I hope this helps you.

Okay, the surgeon is going to open up your heel, test it for movement, possibly take out the 'pins' and shave some of the bone off so you can move more easily and comfortably. That's a lot easier to understand ... but I swear that doctors like using the 'long Latin words' to make it seem more 'expensive' ... but a good doctor should 'explain' the surgery to you and you should feel CONFIDENT before you go in ... so ask your doctor to 'translate' ...

"Kris" is quite correct with one exception. And the reason you didn't know this is not because doctors like to speak in Latin, it's because you never asked. If you had, it would have been explained to you in plain English. Call your surgeon and discuss the risks and benefits of these procedures. Get answers from the source.

what's the perfect age of a philosophy at which it may well be disposed? thinking the foundational writings of Atheism are approximately six hundred years older than those of Christianity, does that make Atheism a miles less useful concept than Christianity? thinking Mormonism is purely approximately a hundred years previous and Scientology is purely approximately 50 years previous -- are those the main useful and specific of the philosophies with regard to the character of the divine?? looks to me, your good judgment dictates that we could constantly all exchange into Scientologists.
