Yes; i usually do three sets of ten; every other day and ive toned up alot and i have actually gained muscle mass. Just remember to do it every other day or work different areas every day to allow time for your muscles to rebuild. Gd luck

You don't say what exercises you are doing, however, if you are using the proper amount of weight, strict form, and lifting for a 4 count (4 count up and 4 count down), then one set of 12 reps, 3 times a week, will keep you "toned". You should also do some walking or swimming for a cardio workout.

Um not really sure what you are specifically talking about, but in general for weightlifting to maintain what you have you should be doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps, but this varies by muscle group, exercise etrc.

absolutely; make sure you are not lifting heavy weights and maybe do 10-14 reps for each set to get more tone. Hope this helps!
