I recently just got back from a 2 week holiday with my family.
My mum was checking our voicemails and there was one for me

'Hello Holly
It's Me
You're Dead

You c**t
You c**t
You silly little c**t'

My mum insisted on phoning the police but they didn't seem overly enthusiastic to help.
The only people with my home number are friends and I don't know of anyone angry with me at the moment.
I'm not really worried for my sake but my mothers very shaken up by it all.
Is there anything I can do to calm her down and reassure her?

Thanks

x

For a few months now, the left side of my jaw would feel really strained when I opened my mouth. When I yawn or open my mouth to eat, I would feel it pop or crack, and it hurts sometimes. Does anyone know why this is happening?

My mother told me that the same thing happened to her when she was little, so I'm pretty sure it isn't serious. I've been told it's because I've been using the left side of my mouth to chew too much, so I've been chewing with my right side for over a month now, but it still hurts. :(

Hello!

I've just read that hyperventilation can be a cause for panic attacks, and an effect of deep breathing. On the other hand, in all relaxation techniques deep breathing is an important element. So, how come a core element of relaxation techniques can actually trigger you a panic attack? Am I missing something here?

I also know that people with anxiety disorder are encouraged to try to relax but, won't this lead to hyperventilation, trigger a panick attack and enter into an endless vicious circle?

Thanks

By the way, I've read about these things on Wikipeidia (articles: "Panic attack" and "Hyperventilation")

I just recently started to work at braums(ice cream store) and one of the requirements is to wear a hat the entire time you're on duty. My question is... Why does my forehead tend to break out when I wear my hat?

When I wear the hat my head seems to get hot and I start to get a lil sweaty ;_;- The reason why I swet is because I get nervious; because I just recently started working at braums a few days ago.

So, what should I do? Any opinion is helpfull, I know I need to get a lil less intimidated/nervious, but what should I do about the acne breakouts?

My 21 y/o daughter gets chronic migraine headaches. I believe they are food-related, due to family history. The problem is: migraines are really hard to diagnose. Food sensitivities can last a couple of days, overlap, etc. She has been seen by numerous types of docs: Neurologist, Rhuemotologist, Allergist, General. I hoped the allergist could help us but they said they only test for standard allergies, and not intradermally for foods (family member tested this way, dr. retired). She has been on a candida diet but I don't know for sure if she really followed it. She has removed milk from her diet temporarily. She has: migraines, problems with acne, irritability due to the headaches, rashes from certain metals, Raynaud's syndrome, acid reflux. Any ideas? Any ideas for finding a DR. who tests intradermally who also has a medical degree? Other ideas? She agreed to keep a temp. food diary. I am concerned about her liver from too many pain killers - pains in upper right back.

Okay, for the past few days I've been a jackass. Here's my story. I send messages to one of my friends on myspace calling him a loser for not helping me out with a plan. My plan was to get back at a friend of mine who called me his best friend but I thought I wasn't. My plan: to alter messages he sent me on myspace and send them to his girlfriend and make it look like he was saying bad things about her. Then after that, I planned on throwing rocks at him and stealing his crutches because he broke his foot. Then I just started lashing out towards my other friends. I told my teachers that one of my friends was cheating and not siting sources when he was doing research and I nearly got him kicked out of college, I got two of my female friends into a cat fight after telling one another one was saying stuff behind their back, I have sexually harassed girls, I called most of my friends dick heads, gay, and losers, I even physically assaulted some of my friends. What is wrong with me?
