The same as a healthy diet for any human:

Lots of fruits and veggies, some raw. Choose brightly colored produce whenever possible -- broccoli instead of cauliflower, for example.

Whole grains such as whole wheat and brown rice.

Dairy products and eggs in moderation.

No trans fats -- use butter instead of margarine, olive oil when possible. Nuts have "good" fats.

Minimal sugar. A little to make dark chocolate (very healthful) palatable is okay. Replace sugary drinks with water or seltzer or unsweetened fruit juice.

ONE glass of wine, preferably red, every day. Never more than two alcoholic drinks a day.

Very little or no meat. You can't be healthy if you eat decomposing animal corpses.
