HELLO,
THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS TO PROTECT THE TOOTH ENAMEL FROM BEING AS SUSCEPTIBLE TO ACIDIC EROSION AND DE-CALCIFICATION.
ONE SUCH A PRODUCT IS SENSODYNE PRO-NAMEL.
IT MAKES THE TOOTH STRUCTURE MORE RESISTANT TO ACIDIC ATTACK.
EATING MORE CALCIUM IS FUTILE FOR THE ADULT TEETH- THE ENAMEL IS ALREADY FORMED. CALCIUM IS OF BENEFIT TO CHILDREN BEFORE THE ADULT TEETH HAVE FORMED.
TO MAKE ADULT TEETH MORE BRIGHT-WHITER- HAVE THE DENTIST PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN THEM AND EITHER DO AN OFFICE BLEACHING TECHNIQUE OR PURCHASE SOME CREST WHITING STRIPS.

Go to the store and buy some toothpaste made especially for strengthening enamel. Colgate and Crest have toothpastes for that. Also, drink from a straw as often as possible to prevent acidic drinks to come in contact with your teeth because acidity weakens enamel. Try taking in more calcium and protein.

RE:
How to strengthen enamel.?
I've been told that i have Genetically Weak Enamel...
Although I've never bothered to ask if there is a way to strengthen strengthen it. I do brush 2-3 times daily and my teeth aren't "Yellow" but they could certainly become whiter. Any comments whatsoever would be very much...

Actually, you can brush too much, causing thinning of the enamel. Don't you have a dentist? Find one. But look around, and check with registration services and find a dentist who takes an aggressive approach to prevention and maintenance rather than repair and replace. He/she will help you find the best solutions for you, and he/she will be the first to know as new treatments come out. On the market now, is a mouthwash with (supposedly) enamel protection, marketed by Listerine. I do not know how effective it is, but there again is where a good dentist could guide you.

I am sorry for this long letter. But I am a Medical assistant who knows this stuff and I am trying to get 10 points for best answear.
There are a couple of things that you should know regarding strengthing the enamal. First of all get a toothpaste that has flouride. There are 3 types of flouride.Stannous fluoride is good - Sodium fluoride is good, Monofluoro-phosphate (MFP) is good. Choose what you like. Sodium fluoride and MFP are generally the staple of anti-cavity toothpastes while stannous fluoride is used more frequently in 'gum-care' toothpastes. All three strengthen enamel and help prevent tooth decay.
Now there are other things that you should know as well about toothpaste that could mess up your enamal. Whitning toothpaste is not good. It has never been shown to actually work. They actually contain abrasives which depending on how much toothpaste you use could actually scratch your enamal.
There is now a mouthwash on the Market by Crest that will also help you enamal as well. I hope that this helps
