I just recently started to work at braums(ice cream store) and one of the requirements is to wear a hat the entire time you're on duty. My question is... Why does my forehead tend to break out when I wear my hat?

When I wear the hat my head seems to get hot and I start to get a lil sweaty ;_;- The reason why I swet is because I get nervious; because I just recently started working at braums a few days ago.

So, what should I do? Any opinion is helpfull, I know I need to get a lil less intimidated/nervious, but what should I do about the acne breakouts?

Wash your forehead when you get home--scrub it good. Acne=bacteria+dirt+oil. So use an antibacterial soap and wash. Wash your hat at least once a week.

Well it happens because you sweat. When you sweat you're expelling salt, water and other toxins from your body. Normally it wouldn't be that but if it collects somewhere, a hat band for instance and just stays there as you sweat more and your pores open the dirty hat is just going to rub the dirt and toxins right back in your pores and clog them causing a breakout. I would suggest washing your hat between work days and possibly getting a total of 5 hats from work to alternate days and have time to wash them .in between. Wearing a clean hat every day should help. Also if breakouts are a common concern. Take breaks every 2 hours or so and wash your face with a deep cleansing face wash with about 2% Sacylic acid content. It dries your skin out and prevents oil buildup but be careful your skin that you wash with that stuff will be more sensitive to the sun.

Most likely, your acne is caused by the sweat you produce. And since you probably don't wash it off or well just leave it on your skin to evaporate on. It'll most likely cause you the acne. I don't think the hat has anything to do with it unless you don't wash it. If you don't wash it then all that nasty sweat will just build up with bacteria and for sure cause even more acne. Just be sure to wash your face and that hat but if you can't wash your face at work. Then just grab a paper towel and remove the sweat with it. Good luck.

It's either your sweat being trapped under the hat, or that the hat is dirty and is infecting your skin with bacteria. It could be both, the sweat on the hat from day before would also add to the bacteria.

Your sweat is problably breaking you out. Between breaks try washing off your face and drying out your cap. Then wash your face as soon as you get home. That should help.
