The anus is not meant for anything to go into it, only something to come out. Why do you think doctors use anesthesia when performing colonoscopies?
You could very well contract gonorrhea by having anal sex.
You can get a bad infection inside. The rectum is a fairly small orifice on the inside, all the way up to the cecum. When anal sex is performed, this stretches and could cause you problems with stooling, and there could be extra bleeding due to the stretching. Too, hemorrhoids are a possiblity of developing.

My wife and I have been having anal sex off and on for over year. Yes, she has said that the color, of bowels change, and she has complained of the runs. However, different simptoms each time. Also, all these people talking about losing the strength of the anus over time because of anal sex. I gues none of you have a bowel movement. Your anus is streched during a bowel movement, and over the life of any person it will be streched with or without you approvel. Anal sex if fine in moderation. I would not advise it everyday, but I would say it can be an something implemented in the bed room just for something else to do.

Nice answers from a bunch of people afraid to try something new. Millions of people are doing it safely every morning, noon and night and WITHOUT PROTECTION or COMPLICATIONS!!!
If you take the proper precautions (use your imagination), it can be enjoyable. It's not and everyday act. More like a special treat maybe once every 2 months.
Any sperm will eventually work it's way out. Your anus will not stay expanded. It will go back to normal shortly after he removes himself. Lastly, yes he can go all the way in, unless it starts to hurt, then say something.
Give it a try at least once to experience it. THEN you can make a personal educated decision as to whether it was enjoyable or not. Don't knock it until you've tried it. Had it unprotected on and off for 24 years AND NOT ONE BAD INCIDENT, COMPLICATION OR CATASTROPHY has ever occured.
The ones totally against this have just heard the horror stories of bad experiences. Don't let them mis-guide you.

So many closed minded people regarding this topic!
I been having anal sex for years and I am a healthy straight female!!
I like it rough, I have done both protection and no protection, I have even been torn open slightly and not once have I had ANY issue with my anal passage.
I suggest get numbing spray or gel to ease that sudden pain and help relax!

It's fine if you do it right, and yes, the penis can be inserted all the way if you are relaxed and enjoying it. If it's painful - stop.
It is no safer to have anal sex without protection than it is any other kind of sex without protection, less so, given the nature of the area you're dealing with (for both the giver and receiver).
Ejaculate does not generally cause allergic reactions.
It isn't something you should even consider with someone you aren't close to or barely know. That's a no-no.

Yes, it can be. And people have been doing it for thousands of years ! Be sure to use enough lube, and go SLOW. You can damage the tissues there. It's best if you use protection though. The sperm won't do anything. It can be inserted all the way if there's NO PAIN. Why don't you rent an adult video ? It's up to the woman to decide this. I'd guess this question will be deleted shortly...It's a good question though.

Anal sex involves stretching easily torn tissues. It's OK with protection (a condom) but some STDs are more easily transmitted during anal sex, so you really don't want to go unprotected.

Anal sex should be protected sex. It should also be done after doing regular vaginal sex. The reason is that you do not want to transfer any bacteria to the vagina area. If you do anal sex, make sure your partner is well lubricated and I would suggest that you use a finger first to the anal region.

You must Always use protection! Some people like it, others don't. It's always an indavidual thing. People considering it should start gradually and only do what they feel comfortable doing.
