OK..Please only answer if you have knowledge on this. I have severe panic and anxiety and the only relief I have found is through an antidepressant called Lexapro and an anti-anxiety med called Xanax. I only take .5 mg a day of the Xanax because I have a VERY stressful job and it gets me through the day. I have "wiened" myself from Lexapro entirely.
I am currently trying to get pregnant and have some known fertility issues. I am doing acupuncture and chinese herbs before going the specialist route to help me get pregnant. Will Xanax interefere with ovulation? Is there a safe alternative?

I gained 5 pounds on a recent 1 week vacation because we ate pretty badly there and when I got home, I started excercsizing it off, I missed my period that month and then last month, I lost three pounds and now am taking an herbal diet pill. Could the fact that I haven't had my period be due to the fact that we ate junk food and take out the entire vacation long and my body was not used to that? My pee was very strong smelling and yellow the second, third and fourth nights of vacation also.

yesterday night my dad was sleeping and suddenly he couldnt breath properly. i gave him some water and he got his breath back. what could this be. he is also diabetic its happened to him once before like 5 days ago. i think its because his throat was dry hes 45 yrs old hes average i wouldn't say hes really fat hes a bit fat

For the past month or two it seems as if my intestines have just stopped working. I'll eat and eat and for the most part, nothing comes out. Every 5 days or so I might empty the hatch, but what gives? (Laxatives have helped me out, but I'm afriad of using them to much. Is there a laxative that isnt harmful in the long run like Ex-Lax is?)

It's giving me acne. I've finally noticed the correlation! The more I increased the dose, the worse my acne became. I've never had such bad acne in my life! I usually had a pimple here and there, but this is BAD! =[

I need stop taking this drug immediately! How would I even go about it? I will talk to my psychiatrist about this, but I need to start weening myself off of it TONIGHT! Anyone what I should do? I'm taking 200 mgs. of it. Should I cut it in a half or what?

im 15. i havent seen grandma for 2 weeks. i usually see her once a week. she never calls me. she is always busy. i always have to call her. i havent called her for ten days and she still wont call me. i hate it when she neglects me. i cry every night because i miss her. everyday i sit home bored and everyday is wasted because i sit around waiting for grandma to call. tomorrow im gonna wait around for grandma. how can i make her call me? she does this all the time. then when i talk to her, she will say "why havent you been calling me?" then what do i say?

Okay....this is kind of personal thing and all, and I don't want to be graphic in this question but..here it goes..

I am in India and I have been initiated to sitting meditation. For this a cushion is needed . There is this special cushion in round form. called Zafu. It would be possible for me to pay Cost plus shipping charges by way of bankers cheque in $$$ valid ANY WHERE.. I do not find sales of Zafu or Zabutone in India. and I need one Zafu filled with buckwheat hull , as this stays hard and does not depress over the time.. I use the cotton filled cushion which is depressed withing 8-10 weeks time.. and need replacement in order to maintain the height..
