It takes 3500 excess calories, approximately to gain a pound of fat. If you ate 3000 calories a day for 3 or 4 days in a row, you would probably end up gaining a pound, assuming you burn about 2000 calories a day. You could bloat up with water weight, though, from the binge day, and look about 3 pounds heavier. If you're small framed like me, it would be barely noticeable. If you have an average or large frame, it wouldn't be noticeable at all. I don't eat too much usually, so when I have a binge day, I end up getting sick and sometimes losing weight. Everyone is different. If you really want to have a special day and eat what you want, go ahead. Just wear loose fitting pants.

The weight gained would be less than a pound. A pound of fat takes up a bit of room but when spread over the body, a single pound of weight gain is not going to be too noticeable. That is if you are healthy and have a normal percentage of body fat. If you are extremely low in body fat then it may show. Also, if you are extremely low in weight, it may show. I doubt that even then it will show a lot.
The big danger is constantly adding these new pounds of fat. Over time, they will add up and become quite noticeable.

the weight might not be visible right away. but you will surely be bloated in your stomach area. If you do this for a couple of days straight the weight will start to show eventually.
unless you have a fast metabolism.

the very next day won't be enough time for your bod to change it into fat, although, it may seem like it has as you'll probably be quite bloated!

you will feel bloated for sure....just go back to normal eating and drink alot of water and you will go back to your regular size....if you do it everyday you will slowly gain weight but otherwise don't worry about it....
