I'm not sure where you are getting the 14 hour thing from??

Not sure how much of that 10 years has been on insulin, but you know the effects of not eating on regular schedule and medicating on the same regular schedule!!

I have done the 14 hr thing, not at my own choosing, but every thing coming down bad! It is not a cool thing to do!! gives you the starvin marvins and you want to vacuum the fridge and pantry afterwards! Get caught in traffic jam and don't get off the freeway for hours and hours when you were expecting dinner in the next hour?? Very un fun!
