Look at your current glasses. If it hasn't worn off, you'll likely find some numbers such as "48-18-135" on the temple, or the first two number on the inside part of the nose bridge and the latter number on a temple.

The first is the lens size, the second (bridge width) is also used for fitting to determine the total width of the frame (often the lens size + bridge size, if the lens is wider than tall), and the third number is the temple length. The measurements are in millimeters.

"Small, medium, large" aren't precise enough terms. If you're ordering glasses online, try to shop by the eye size, bridge width, and temple length as well as pupillary distance. The generic S/M/L is probably asked to make sure your frame choice isn't whacked out, such as a "large size" and a 43-16-120 frame or a "small size" and a 52-21-140 frame.

You'll have to give way more detail.

What is "it"? What is "it" asking about?

What are you trying to do?
