10 lbs per month is the safest. Cardio exercises which raise your heart rate from 60 to 80% of it's peak level for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. The longer the better your results will be. Your diet also plays a key role.

7 months = approximately 30 weeks, if you lost 1-3 lbs (healthy) per week, you could lose at least 30 lbs. Best way to do it? eat healthy (cut sugar, animal fat, etc. from your diet) and exercise. NO DIET PILLS OR PATCHES. They're bogus anyways.

That cannot be answered with no info. If you are really fat and don't do anything physical you could see pounds flying off. It all depends on your workout. So post up some more info and I can help you out.
