hi,
iam 5.4 and was weighing 120 pounds.for the past six months i have some probs or the other and so to make myself feel better i started binging.i seem to have no self control.even if i tell myself not to each much i still keep on eating.if i don't my head aches a lot...as a result iam now weighing 133 pounds in six months,kindly help before things go out of control......

when you sit down to have a meal, only put the amount of food on your plate that you're suppose to be eating. When it's not meal or snack time and you get an urge to binge, do anything (ride a bike, go for a walk, take a shower, etc.) that makes it impossible to eat while doing it. As well, you should maybe seek professional help to deal with whatever emotional issues you need to deal with. Good luck, you can do it!

you need to do other things, like a hobby or read a book or exercise. exercising will help you lose weight and will release chemicals into your brain to make you feel better. the best way to control your eating is to not start. instead of going into the kitchen, walk around the block.

You have to be strong about it and focus your emotions on something else, get in a routine and don't always look towards food as your answer.

there may be some depression issues going on with you.

I think you need too talk to your regular dr. about what you're going through, 'cause it sounds like you need some help.
