i just leaned over funnily (well it wasnt that funny) and pulled my back its quite sore do you think ive done some damage to it should i see a doctor or should i leave it a couple of days cos i dont wanna look a fool goin to doctor with nothin up with me

Okay well first off, I attended two weeks of softball camp. Then I took a week off to be a counselor at a girl scout camp. Then, last week I started training again because I decided to go out for a travel team in my area. (Just for the record it was only ONE week that I took off). Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I go to the batting cages. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday I throw. I've also been running distance and/or sprints everyday. But the problem is the pain in my throwing arm. First it was my shoulder, then came the pain in my wrist (due to a grounder poping up with a terrible spin of which I had to fend off with my hand so it didnt' hit my face), and finally came the intense pain in the area around my elbow. I've been icing (with frozen beans) and heating (with a heating pad) my shoulder, elbow, and wrist. The pain in my shoulder and wrist has gone away however the pain in my wrist (though getting duller) is still there. It feels like my arm is stretching w/o me. What can I do?

please inform me if there is any way that i can soften the skin of the bottom of my feet and make it smooth... around the toes and on the bottom of my ankles i have this kind of tough skin. i dont really want to go to a beuty parlor because i'm really ticklish. so just let me know if there is some way i can scrape it off or something. thanks

i keep on getting this pain in the lower right bit of my stomach its been coming and going for like a month now it doesn't hurt that much yesterday i had a really bad stomach ache after eating loadza cheesecake and 2dai the pain is in the lower right bit i also have a runny nose and a fever(had it for a week) and feel really cold i don't really feel like eating yesterday it got worse but the went away after 3 hours and also have have pushed down on and then let go but i don't have any pain when i let go and also i can jump and it doesn't hurt

every time i eat, i start to feel like i'm going to throw up....but then right after i'm done, i'm hungry again. so after almost every meal i feel as if i'm going to throw up but am still starving at the same time. i have also been getting back aches and a few other symptoms. any ideas of what this could be before i go to the doctor?

Hi,
I hope someone can help. I go to the gym around 3-4 times a week, and have recently started to get hard dry skin on the palms of my hands at the base of my fingers. Its only started since I started using the rowing machine about a month ago. Has anyone got any tips on how to prevent or reduce this??

I am 30 weeks pregnant and I just found out I have gestational diabetes. Ohio Caresource will pay for the blood glucose meter and all supplies. However, I was wondering what type of meter they will pay for. Does anyone know? This is my first time using a glucose meter and I have to check my blood 4 times a day. I am looking for the least painful meter. - thanks.

I am basically blind without glasses or contact lenses, being the possessor of eyes with severe myopia, my eyes are also fairly dry, have a very steep base curve that makes it difficult for me to find suitable contact lenses, and i have moderate astigmatism to top it all off! Crazy! Lol. Does anyone else have such bad luck with their eyes, or is it just me?

I have an ear infection, but it is too late to get to the doctor today. I have had it all weekend. A little liquid comes out at night when I sleep, there is not much pain, and no feeling of pressure, but there has been the same level of hearing loss for the last few days (it's like I have a cotton ball in my ear).

I don't have a sore throat, cough, or any other symptoms/conditions. Just the ear thing.

Is there something like drops that I can use to treat this? Something I can get without a prescription?

I dont usually have any concerns about my birth control, because I always take them correctly. But last Friday, when I was taking my pill before bed, I saw I was taking Thursdays pill. I looked closer in my pack and saw that a week and a half ago, I had mistakenly took a green sugar pill, instead of my white one. I usually take them in my room at night while it is dark, so that is why it took me so long to notice. Anyways, on Friday I went ahead and took Thursday and Fridays pill. And I had been taking white ones every day since that one day. Do you think I need to be concerned about anything. Or no?

I have been isolating myself from family and friends, I feel this pent up anger and bitterness inside and I have no way of letting it out. I am on the breaking point of crying my eyes out at any time (but can't because I don't want anyone to see me). However, I am eating but have trouble sleeping (got up a 3am this morning and could not go back to sleep)

no one knows that I am feeling this way, and I just can't tell family about this feeling. To the outside world, I am happy and smiling, but inside I am in so much pain.

I have to sleep on my stomach, but its so uncomfortable! My back hurts so much. Is any other comformtable way to sleep. I'd sleep on my back, but then I'd be leaking.
