When you have LASIK they cut a flap on the front of your eye and use the laser to reshape your cornea. This has nothing to do with the rods and cones in the back of your eye which are responsible for color and light perception. So, unless you have a very bad surgery (unlikely with a good surgeon) you will not have loss of vision and/or color blindness.

What type of laser??
In glaucoma you can lose color vision because of Optic Nerve damage caused by the disease itself.
In Retinal Laser you can also notice a difference from one eye to the next after extensive treatments.
After Lasik surgery no

As in any surgery, there is a risk, the worst scenario being blindness. If you considering this, choose your doctor very wisely.
