waht kind of tablet or capsule medicine can alternate chemotherapy or is there any herbal medicine that can be use

A few months ago I burnt my my leg and now I have a smell scar. It's not to bad and I assume it will eventually fad away.

I would like to speed up the fadding as much as possible so in the meantime I've been using Maderma. It has help slighty but I'm not see great results. Does anyone have any other suggestions or ideas on something that might help me ?

I have been told the tooth care regimen is extreme.. what do you think?

Twice a day I do the following:

- brush my teeth for 30 seconds
- swish with purely hydrogen peroxide for 10 seconds
- brush my teeth for another 30 seconds
- switch with 3 parts hydrogen peroxide and water
- swish with 4 parts water 2 parts listerine for 1 minute
- swish with listerine for 30 seconds
- floss

3x a week:
I used whitening strips for 30 minutes to keep the whiteness

I went to the doctor asking for a prescription for an anti-anxiety drug, to help with my anxiety and depression. The doctor told my to try this anxiety spray.

I've been on my pills for over a year and a half and this is the first time I missed it. When I started this current pack, I tried to switch the times that I take it because of a new job, my work shift is at night most of the time. I missed it Monday (I believe) because I'm still getting used to this new time. I'm already planning on stopping off to get EC, but was just curious for input.
I am responsible with it, and I know I should have consulted a doctor before switching my pill times.

I am looking for a good exercise plan to help me loose some weight as I am trying to concieve my second child.I have polycystic ovarian syndrom so loosing weight is not the easiest thing for me.
I need some simple exercises that I can do at home everyday without exercise machines.

A 20 yr old female has a tongue problem that began a month ago: A few white, raised bumps at the back of the tongue. they are small, like smaller than a nub earring. then a few little tiny bumps further up from them (very small like just dots), then the rest of the tongue it is whitish and peeling a little. When this started a month ago it was worse and it improved but these stuff is still on the tongue. it's like it doesn't go away; like it gets better, then a few days it comes back. but as i said it's not as bad as a month ago...the doc said looks like an infectious virus, but did a blood test and the blood was normal. he could not detect any virus or infection. he said they can be undetectable sometimes.... but the tongue shows that something is going on. I really would like to know what could be the cause of this. Will have to see another doc, but looking for some insights. Thanks for your help.

I have had my period for nearly three weeks. It comes and goes, and is heaviest just after having a bowel movement. It was a few months late, which is fairly normal for me- I've always been irregular. But I've never had one this long. I haven't had cramping or pain, just continued menstruation. Should I be seeing a doctor about this, or should I wait until it resolves itself?

It is fat in the lower part of my abs, like baby fat that never went away. Even when I weighed only 120 lbs, I still had the pudgy tummy. I need help with any tips that I can use to make it go away. Preferably if offering exercise suggestions that they are easy on the back, I have a 25% shift forward in my spine due to fractures in my vertibrae that causes me some difficulty when exercising.

I have a friend who lives near me, and she doesn't have access to the internet, but she wanted me to ask a question for her. She is the same age as me, but a few months younger. She said she hasn't gotten her period for a long time. She has went on BCP to help her get it, but when she stopped it, the period stopped as well. She has never had sex, and I know this is entirely true due to the fact she does not want a boyfriend right now and she has not had one in 6 years.
