basically I want to know how to get more cut.

Ive been running for a year and you do loose weight but, you get more muscle. My thighs are much stonger then they were . Trust me !! Well good luck

Of the weight that is burned during a slow long distance cardio session only 60% is fat. The rest is, well whatever is left to burn. But one of the biggest finds that fitness experts have found lately is the fat loss and muscle sustaining benefits of high intensity interval training. That is any sustained high intensity workout for 30 seconds to 3 minutes with a break of the same time or more in between. Like sprinting for 200m then walking for 200m and then repeating 4-8 times. Let me give this example. Look at a distance runner, now look at a 100m or 200m sprinter. Which one do you want to look like? This is the type workout that the actors in 300 performed. Also fat is made of fat cells, it is impossible for fat cells to transform into muscle cells. You just gotta burn the fat! More important than anything is your diet. You gotta watch what your fueling that body with! Good luck

well sometimes it turns the fat into muscle but ur weight is gonna go up cuz the muscle weighs more than the fat!

It makes you lose fat,and gain mussle.Mussle is much heavier than fat.If you find you are gaining wieght it may be mussle not fat.
